Leave the packing to us as our team carefully wraps and packs every item—from kitchenware and clothing to fragile valuables—using high-quality boxes, tape, and packing paper to ensure everything arrives safe and organized.
Every box is labeled by room, so unpacking in your new home is fast and organized.
Step 2 · Protection
Protecting Your Furniture
Wrapping furniture is an essential step in preventing damage. Before moving, our movers will wrap and protect your belongings.
We use moving blankets, stretch wrap, and padding on sofas, tables, dressers, and electronics, and protect doorways and corners at both homes.
Step 3 · Moving day
Loading & Unloading
Our skilled moving team will transport, load, and unload all of your belongings in a safe and efficient manner.
Heavy and oversized items—sleeper sofas, exercise equipment, pianos—are planned for stairs, tight turns, and elevators before moving day.
Step 4 · Settle in
Home Setup
Our home setup service helps you settle in faster by placing furniture, boxes, and other belongings in their designated rooms. We can also reassemble furniture and organize your space according to your moving plan.

What is full-service moving?
Full-service moving means our team handles your entire move from start to finish: packing every room, wrapping and protecting furniture, disassembly, loading, transportation in our truck, unloading, furniture reassembly, and placing everything in your new home. Unpacking and home setup are available too.
What’s included in your full moving service?
Packing of boxes with quality materials, furniture wrapping and padding, disassembly and reassembly, loading and unloading, transportation in a Thunderhorse truck, placement of furniture and boxes in the rooms you choose, and optional unpacking and home setup.
Do you bring the boxes and packing materials?
Yes. We bring quality boxes, tape, packing paper, bubble wrap, and moving blankets, so you don’t need to buy or collect supplies.
Can you pack only part of my home?
Yes. Choose partial packing—kitchen only, fragile items, closets, or any rooms you select—and pack the rest yourself.
How long does packing take?
It depends on the size of your home. Smaller homes can often be packed on moving day; larger homes are usually packed a day or more ahead so moving day stays on schedule. We confirm the plan with you before booking.
How do you protect fragile items, art, and fine china?
Fragile items are wrapped individually in paper and bubble wrap and packed in sturdy boxes. Furniture is wrapped with moving pads, and artwork and mirrors receive extra protection.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes—beds, tables, desks, shelving, and other furniture are disassembled, protected, and reassembled at your new home.
Can you provide a COI for my building?
Yes. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your building or HOA on request.
What affects the cost of a full-service move?
The size of your home, how much needs to be packed, access at both homes (stairs, elevators, parking), distance, your moving date, and special items. We give you one clear, itemized quote with no hidden fees.
Do you offer full-service long-distance moves?
Yes. We offer full-service moving within Los Angeles and long distance to the Bay Area, Northern California, and select Western states.
